Description
This training set comprises the required training modules for all financial only user roles as a prerequisite for Sage access. These users do not create clinical documents, but do have read only access to certain clinical forms. Users will learn general Sage-PCNX navigation and user interface, and general clinical workflows. This training will primarily cover submitting, voiding and replacing claims in Sage for Primary Sage Users.

Learning Objectives

During this training:

Participants will learn how to access and navigate Sage PCNX

• Participants will learn forms used in Sage PCNX starting from when a patient first reaches out for treatment through discharge/transfer
• Participants will learn what financial information is entered into Sage PCNX prior to submitting claims and how to enter financial information to avoid errors and denials
• Participants will learn how to create and void claims

Intended Audience
This training is intended for all Primary Sage Users who have financial responsibilities at their provider agency, specifically entering billing/claim information and tracking financial transactions directly in Sage. This is intended for the Financial Only user role.

Format
This online course uses a mixed-media format with PowerPoint slides, voice-overs, Sage demonstrations and closed captions.

Process
Participants will read and/or listen to the material presented in the slides.
