This training set comprises the required training modules focused on a high-level view of Sage for operations and administrative users who require read only access and visibility on operational data within Sage. This training set targets a general overview of Sage and key areas to assist those users in having a better understanding of the Sage EHR to help guide clinical and operational decision making.

Learning Objectives

During this training set:

  • Participants will learn how to access Sage PCNX
  • Participants will learn how to navigate Sage PCNX, including searching for patients, forms, and reports
  • Participants will learn what the different stages of treatment are
  • Participants will learn forms used in Sage PCNX starting from when a patient first reaches out for treatment through discharge/transfer

Intended Audience
This training set is intended to be a high level overview of the Sage-PCNX system for operations and administrative user roles who generally access Sage-PCNX to review processes and forms without the need to enter information directly. This is intended for Operations and Audit user roles.

Format
This online course uses a mixed-media format with PowerPoint slides, voice-overs, Sage demonstrations and closed captions.

Process
Participants will read and/or listen to the material presented in the slides.
