Sage-PCNX: Submitting Claims to SAPC for Primary Sage Users

Description
This training reviews the billing process in Sage for primary providers, those who enter claims directly in the Sage-PCNX. This training will provide general navigation of the Fast Service Entry Submission and Void Claim Assignment forms, which allow providers to submit claims within Sage-PCNX. This training is part of the Sage Onboarding requirements for Financial users in order to obtain access to Sage-PCNX.

Learning Objectives

Participants will learn the prerequisite forms that must be completed prior to billing. 

Participants will learn additional claim data that is required for State adjudication to prevent State denials. 

Participants will learn how to create and void a claim using the Fast Service Entry Submission and Void Claim Assignment forms in Sage-PCNX. 

Intended Audience
This training is intended for Finance and Billing staff for Primary Sage Users who are responsible for submitting claims to SAPC.
