Description
This training provides an overview of the Financial Eligibility Form in Sage-PCNX, which is used to document the patient’s financial eligibility for SUD services. The training reviews the primary functions of the form and general workflows for providers to indicate the current financial status of a patient. This form is used by SAPC to verify eligibility and for the system to route claims appropriately.
This training is part of the Sage Onboarding requirements in order to obtain access to Sage-PCNX.
Learning Objectives
- What a guarantor is and the 4 types within SAPC, including when to enter each of the guarantors
- The field requirements that will prevent denials depending on the guarantor
- Field format requirements and error messages within the form
Intended Audience
This training is intended for any provider that will enter, or review financial information within Sage-PCNX. This is required for any Finance user role.
