Description
This training provides an overview of the service authorization request process and workflow for how to create a service authorization within Sage. This training is part of the Sage Onboarding requirements in order to obtain access to Sage-PCNX.

Learning Objectives

Participants will learn the 2 types of authorizations. 

Participants will learn the prerequisites before submitting a service authorization. 

Participants will learn how to create a service authorization in Sage-PCNX.

Intended Audience
This training is intended for any provider that will enter, or review service authorizations within Sage-PCNX.

This online course uses a mixed-media format with PowerPoint slides, video demonstrations, and closed captions.

Process
Participants will read and/or listen to the material presented in the slides.
