Description
This training provides describes and demonstrates how to complete the Problem List/Treatment Plan form within Sage-PCNX. This training is part of the Sage Onboarding requirements in order to obtain access to Sage-PCNX.

Learning Objectives

In this training, users will   

• Learn what is a Problem List  
• Be provided an overview CalAIM and SAPC requirements as it relates to the Problem List 
• Learn how to complete the Problem List/Treatment Plan form in Sage.  
• And how to troubleshoot if an error is noted.  

Intended Audience
This training is intended for Primary Sage Users who will enter data in, finalize, and/or review the Problem List/Treatment Plan form.

Format
This online course uses a mixed-media format with PowerPoint slides, video demonstrations, and closed captions.

Process
Participants will read and/or listen to the material presented in the slides. Participants will answer questions regarding the material presented in a knowledge check and final test format.
