Description
This training provides describes and demonstrates how to complete the Progress Note form within Sage-PCNX. This training is part of the Sage Onboarding requirements in order to obtain access to Sage-PCNX.

Learning Objectives

• Identify the seven (7) components of a progress note. 
• demonstration how to complete a Progress Note 
• Examine narrative templates 
• Identify two (2) troubleshooting methods 

Intended Audience
This training is intended for Primary Sage Users who will enter data in, finalize, and/or review the Progress Note form.

Format
This online course uses a mixed-media format with PowerPoint slides, video demonstrations, and closed captions. 

Process
Participants will read and/or listen to the material presented in the slides. Participants will answer questions regarding the material presented in a final test.
