Sage-PCNX: Attachments

Description
This training will review the Sage-PCNX Provider File Attach form, which is used to upload attachments in Sage-PCNX. In addition, this training will also review the ProviderConnect File Attach form, which is used to access historical records uploaded in the former ProviderConnect (PCON) system.

Learning Objectives

During this training you will learn: 

  • How to upload files into a patient’s record using Provider File Attach 
  • How to add comments to files uploaded in Sage using Provider File Attach 
  • How to view and print files that had been uploaded thru Provider File Attach and ProviderConnect File Attach, and 
  • How to view the comment history for an uploaded file using Provider File Attach and ProviderConnect File Attach 

Intended Audience
This training is appropriate for the SAPC provider Primary Sage User and Secondary Sage User network.
